The WSTF Board of Governors has been working hard to determine how to deal with this epic weather year on top of the fire damage the Western States Trail suffered last fall.
We want to take this opportunity to assure all riders, crew, and volunteers that the Tevis Ride will happen on the originally scheduled date – Saturday, July 29, 2023.
There are several obstacles to navigate – and time will tell how significant each will be – but we are confident that we can use a combination of historic and alternative trails to lay out a quality Tevis Ride. Riders who enter this year will do a solid 100-mile trail at least as challenging as the traditional route.
If you are at all inclined, this will be a special year in Tevis history – come be part of it.
