2023 Rider Packet

This year’s rider packet has been emailed to all entrants. If you, as a rider, did not receive a copy please contact the office to ensure we have your correction contact information.

Additionally, rule books, vehicle passes, waterproof checkpoint cards and rider numbers went out first class mail today for all addresses within our neighboring states:  CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ

Packets with addresses from other states and foreign riders will be in the Tevis office starting Monday.

The Rider Packet comes in two parts:

  • Part 1 is rider/crew info
  • Part 2 needs to be printed, filled out, and submitted at check-in at Soda Springs:

Part 1: Instructions and Maps <click>

  • LiveFeed bio request (different from Rider and Horse Bio below)
  • Driving directions/map
  • Soda Springs basecamp map

  • Robinson Flat map
  • Robinson Flat crew info (Note this is different from in past years)

Part 2: Essential Forms <click>

  • If you do not own the equine you are riding, the owner of your mount needs to fill out:
