Ride Packet Errata

July 15, 2024

Our apologies but eagle eyed readers have spotted some errors in the rider packets that were emailed to riders last week. Please check out the updated rider packet. Errors were as follows and were limited to Part 1 of the packet:

  • Page 1, item 5; Page 19, item 2:
Entering Robie Park: Crews, please do not use the “back way” – the road entering from the north, Road 6. Per our permit with the FS, they do not want us to use that route. If you are staying in town overnight Friday, you may drive to camp from the north on Road 06, but you must not drive any further into base camp than the overflow parking area.
  • Pages 13 and 14:
Fairground Maps: Livestock Barn 3 has been demolished and therefore should no longer appear on the maps of the Fairgrounds.
  • Page 19, item 10:
Shavings and Manure at the Fairgrounds: Please do not “push the shavings into the barn aisles to be picked up by a tractor”. All shavings/manure must be disposed of in the dumpsters provided.
